Job summary

AdventHealth in Daytona Beach is seeking a skilled laboratory professional to participate in performance improvement activities, support staff, and supervise phlebotomy teams. The role includes coordinating student clinical experiences and leading departmental initiatives.

Requirements include an Associate degree (preferred) and at least 2+ years of related laboratory experience, with strong English communication and regulatory compliance knowledge. Day shift, full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement activities and resolves customer service issues.
• Assists department leadership with staffing, interviewing, orientation, training and mentoring.
• Coordinates and facilitates student clinical experiences in affiliated education programs.
• Leads committees or teams and assists with special projects as assigned.
• Maintains department workspaces; oversees post-analytical activities and safety protocols.
