One Medical in Dallas, TX is hiring a Flex Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist to provide venipuncture and clinical support while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You will handle front desk duties, coordinate with providers, and master our tech suite (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, EMR) to keep operations smooth. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a patient-centered care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant medical assisting or phlebotomy experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use impeccable C-I-CARE in all patient interactions to ensure a fluid in-office experience.
• Provide best in class venipuncture services for a diverse patient population.
• Perform and assist with extended scope duties such as non-blood specimen collection, EKGs, vitals, vaccines, and swabs.
• Maintain proper specimen labeling, handling and inventory, and assist with clerical duties for providers.
