Job summary

One Medical in Boston, MA is seeking a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant to provide venipuncture and clinical support while delivering an exceptional patient experience. You will serve as the first point of contact and help maintain a welcoming, brand-consistent lobby.

The role features a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with 7:30am-6:30pm shifts at the 50 Staniford office in Boston. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to establish relationships and deliver solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems.
• Experience working on collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams (remote teams a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and clinical support services.
• Manage patient intake, same day schedule management, and follow up scheduling.
• Assist with front desk duties including insurance verification and processing tasks.
• Answer patient messages and support providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties.
• Maintain the look and feel of office spaces and stock supplies.
