Job summary

Pace® is seeking a Scientist for our environmental testing laboratory in Hudson, MA. You’ll perform hands-on analysis using GC-MS to identify environmental contaminants and help ensure data integrity that informs environmental decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemistry or Biochemistry (or a related STEM field), at least 8 chemistry credit hours with labs, and comfort working in a lab environment with PPE. Pace offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, or related STEM field.
• Must have 8 chemistry credit hours with labs.
• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Work with GC-MS to analyze environmental samples for contaminants.
• Review and interpret analysis results.
• Document procedures, observations and results.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
