Pace Analytical Services is seeking a Scientist to join our environmental testing laboratory. You will conduct hands-on analysis and ensure the integrity of environmental data affecting communities and ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or other STEM field.
• 8 chemistry credit hours with labs required.
• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment, standing for extended periods and using PPE.

Responsibilities

• Work with instruments such as GC-MS to analyze environmental samples using established chemistry and biochemistry methods.
• Review and interpret the results from the sample analysis.
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and results to maintain high-quality laboratory records.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related STEM
