Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO, seeks an entry-level Research Services Laboratory Sciences professional to join Dr. Nanette Santoro's Lab within the Division of Reproductive Sciences.

You will perform experiments, analyze results, and assist with participant recruitment and consent in clinical studies. The role requires meticulous record-keeping, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong communication skills in a lab setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, genetics or related field.
• Master's degree in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, genetics or related field preferred.
• Experience with human subject research and IRB protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform experiments in an clinical/lab setting and handle human biological specimens.
• Prepare lab reagents for experiments.
• Process patient samples for analysis and storage.
• Conduct immunoassays and basic lab assays.
• Collect and analyze data from experiments.
• Screen, recruit and consent research subjects per approved protocols.
• Manage participant tracking and follow-up visits.
• Maintain study certifications and required trainings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.
