Qualifications

• Scientific literacy and experience in large-scale laboratory settings is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and elevations, including electrical and plumbing systems.
• Strong long-term planning and field problem solving capabilities.
• Effective and sensitive client communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of project information and provide input to project teams.
• Ability to identify and triage issues in the field based on time, impact, and needs.
• Commitment to 100% data collection accuracy during equipment audits in the field.
• Willingness and ability to stand for extended periods during audits and relocations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Adobe InDesign experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client project team and departmental representatives.
• Provide support for vendor quotes, onboarding, purchase order tracking, invoicing and closeouts.
• Ensure adherence to client standards and Hoffman methodologies.
• Provide field support before, during and after relocations.
• In-field problem solving to address emergent issues.
