Visions Management is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Life Sciences & Laboratory Planning to lead complex relocation and infrastructure projects across biotech, pharma, healthcare and academic settings. You will serve as a primary client contact and guide teams through design, installation, and commissioning with a focus on minimizing disruption to scientific operations.

Formación

• 7+ years of PM, lab planning, or related experience in complex laboratory environments.
• Proven track record leading laboratory relocations, infrastructure projects, renovations, or new facilities.
• Strong knowledge of lab equipment, instrumentation, infrastructure, utilities, and workflows.
• Experience collaborating with scientists, facilities teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, MEP, and lab equipment drawings.
• Proficient in Autodesk CAD and Bluebeam Revu.
• Knowledge of EH&S, seismic anchoring, and regulatory considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex laboratory relocation, planning, and infrastructure projects from initiation to closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout the project.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with scientists, facilities, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Review drawings for equipment compatibility and integration.
• Plan shutdowns, relocation sequencing, and installation to minimize disruption.
