Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest in Tustin, CA, is seeking a Project Management Assistant I to support the Project Manager and client services. The role focuses on communicating client expectations, tracking data, and maintaining accurate LIMS records.

The position is full-time, with hours 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, possibility of overtime. Requires an Associate degree in science and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a science field required.
• Demonstrated commitment to availability to clients with timely responses.
• Ability to communicate client expectations and data or quality concerns with stakeholders.
• Organized with ability to multi-task and manage backlog.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; basic office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client services and the Project Manager by communicating client expectations and data or quality concerns.
• Assist in setting up projects, bottle orders, and invoices.
• Maintain customer data in the LIMS and ensure project information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Attend department meetings and participate fully; back up other assistants as needed.
• Ensure all activities comply with Eurofins quality standards and safety policies.
