Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest in Tustin, CA is seeking a Project Management Assistant I to support client services and the Project Manager. You will help communicate client expectations and data or quality concerns, aiding in building strong client relationships in support of the lab mission.

Key duties include working with LIMS to create/edit EDDs, updating project info, coordinating bottle orders and invoices, and attending department meetings with clear, accurate communication.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a science field.
• Ability to communicate with clients and meet turnaround times.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Manager to set up projects, bottle orders, invoices.
• Maintain customer data base in LIMS, ensure projects are updated and accurate.
• Regular attendance and punctuality to support client service.
• Answer phones when needed and back up other assistants.
