Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest in Tustin, CA is seeking a Project Management Assistant I to support client services and the Project Manager, assisting in communicating client expectations and data or quality concerns while fostering client relationships in support of the laboratory mission.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling in LIMS, timely client responsiveness, and coordination of projects, bottle orders, and invoices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a science field.
• Demonstrated commitment to availability to clients by presence and timely response.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain client satisfaction by meeting turnaround times.
• Ability to communicate client expectations and data/quality concerns with Project Manager.
• Organized and able to multi-task.
• Basic technical understanding of laboratory operations and regulatory requirements.
• Requires judgment or initiative in resolving issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have Word and Excel and office-related skills.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Create/edit EDDs in the LIMS.
• Regular attendance and punctuality to support client service.
• Daily review of work order logins/acknowledgements.
• Maintain customer data in LIMS, ensure projects are updated.
• Work with Project Manager to set up projects, bottle orders, invoices.
• Attend department meetings and participate fully.
• Answer phones when needed and back up other assistants.
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner and aligned to company health and safety policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
