Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing Southwest, Calscience in Tustin, CA is seeking a Project Manager I to coordinate client projects across all lab operations. You will work with Account Managers, other Project Managers, and the Laboratory Director to ensure smooth project setup, issue resolution, and successful delivery of reports.

The role requires 3–5 years in Client Services and a BS in a science field with chemistry/biology coursework. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and LIMS is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Client Services.
• Minimum BS degree in science with at least 12 units of chemistry and/or biology coursework.
• Ability to communicate client expectations and data or quality concerns effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicate client expectations and data or quality concerns with Account Managers, other Project Managers, and the Laboratory Director.
• Coordinate and manage clients’ projects through all phases of laboratory operations, including project setup, maintenance, login review, and reporting.
• Maintain customer data in LIMS and ensure project information is accurate and accessible.
• Assist with bottle orders, client pickups, invoicing, and coordination with work share facilities.
• Ensure timely delivery of final reports and maintain strong client satisfaction.
