Hamilton Company is seeking a Product Specialist to drive market opportunities, manage a portfolio of precision fluid measuring products, and support product development and training across the customer network.

The role focuses on delivering demonstrations, collaborating with engineering and marketing teams, and helping to achieve revenue growth targets while advancing Hamilton’s innovative lab products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or life science discipline is required.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Experience with product management, product development, or the laboratory equipment industry is a plus.
• Strong background in Excel/PowerPoint, D365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager to identify market opportunities and manage product portfolio.
• Serve as the point of contact for product-related questions from internal and external sources.
• Assist with product development projects and launches with Engineering teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide training for customers, staff and partners.
• Develop and execute product line business plans with cross-functional input.
• Create customer-facing marketing materials with the MarCom group.
• Support revenue growth targets for the product portfolio.
