Job summary
Hamilton Company is a global leader in the design and manufacture of precision fluid measuring and automated liquid handling systems. The Field Applications Specialist will deliver application support, training, and technical assistance to customers, acting as a bridge between customers and the Hamilton Sales team to ensure satisfaction.
The role requires travel within the territory to provide onsite and remote support, develop protocols, troubleshoot instrumentation, and maintain documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or related field.
- Experience in laboratory automation or scientific applications preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide application, training, and technical support to customers for Hamilton products.
- Act as liaison between customers and Hamilton Sales team to meet customer needs.
- Travel within designated territory to provide onsite and remote support.
- Develop application-specific protocols and troubleshoot instrumentation.
- Document support work and customer visits in company systems.
