Hamilton Company seeks a Field Applications Specialist to deliver application support, training, and technical assistance for Hamilton products in the San Diego area. The role includes onsite customer visits and remote support to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.

You will develop advanced protocols, provide training, troubleshoot applications, and collaborate with the Sales team to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering required.
• Minimum three years hands-on experience with laboratory automation.
• Proficiency in programming or operating automated lab equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and motor vehicle history check required.
• Strong planning and customer relationship abilities essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop application protocols for Hamilton products.
• Provide onsite and remote customer support within the San Diego region.
• Deliver training on software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot and optimize liquid handling instrumentation.
• Document support activities in company database.
• Travel within territory as needed.
