Medline Industries, LP is seeking a talented sales specialist to join our Laboratory sales team in the Northeast territory. The role emphasizes building long-standing customer relationships, identifying POC opportunities, and driving sales across lab product categories.

Travel up to 75% is required as you partner with field reps and IDNs in hospitals and healthcare settings. The position offers a base salary range with commission eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify laboratory POC opportunities in designated territory and move opportunities through the sales process to close.
• Drive sales growth on all lab product categories.
• Collaborate with field sales reps to uncover lab POC leads in alternate sites and determine best fit for the customer.
• Assist in moving opportunities through the sales process.
• Collaborate with acute care reps, non-acute care reps and IDN market directors in the region.
• Establish and nurture customer and manufacturer rep relationships.
• Achieve sales growth goals as established.
• Develop regular call cycle with key decision makers; manage forecasting, funnel management and sales tracking from prospecting to closing.
• Manage territory with entrepreneurial spirit and franchise mentality.
