Job summary

Medline is seeking a talented sales specialist to join our Laboratory sales team in the Northeast territory. You will cultivate real, long-term customer relationships and drive growth in lab product categories within a fast-moving, corporate environment.

Bachelor's degree or 5 years quota-based sales experience required. Willing to travel up to 75% of the time; role includes commission/bonus eligibility with a salary range of $100,000–$115,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years quota-based sales experience.
• At least 2 years of related sales experience.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory trends and CLIA basics.

Responsibilities

• Identify laboratory POC opportunities in designated territory and move opportunities through the sales process to close.
• Drive sales growth on all lab product categories
• Collaborate with field sales reps to uncover lab POC leads in alternate site markets
• Assist in moving opportunities through the sales process
• Establish and nurture customer and manufacturer rep relationships
• Achieve sales growth goals as established
• Develop a regular call cycle with key decision makers
• Manage sales process including forecasting, funnel management and sales tracking
• Manage territory with an entrepreneurial spirit and franchise mentality.
