Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology.
• MLS or MT certification (ASCP or equivalent).
• 3+ years leading technical lab operations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day department operations and staff guidance.
• Provide expert oversight of clinical lab testing and result evaluation.
• Drive enterprise laboratory strategy, budgeting, and performance improvements.
• Monitor budget, analyze variances, and take corrective action.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and competency standards.
