Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Lab Operations leader to manage technical areas of hospital laboratory services and oversee department-wide performance. You will drive enterprise strategies, optimize resources, and ensure quality and safety across the lab operations in a cost-effective, service-oriented manner.

The role requires MLS/MT certification eligibility, a Bachelor's in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology, and a track record of staff leadership, with a focus on regulatory

Strong knowledge of regulatory, accrediting, and licensing requirements.
