You will oversee Medical Lab Technicians and Sample Management Technicians, coach the team, and optimize workflow. The role requires lab experience, microscope proficiency, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; science degree preferred.
• Experience using a microscope to review slides.
• 3–5+ years lab experience; ability to operate lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of Medical Lab Technicians and Sample Management Technicians.
• Coach and lead the team to meet business goals.
• Coordinate the team's workflow and troubleshoot analyzers.
• Perform diagnostic tests and read/release results per SOPs.
