Responsibilities

• Reviews operational and performance data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Provides oversight for departmental programs (Safety, Performance Improvement, Quality, Accreditation).
• Manages operational activities across the clinical laboratory to ensure staffing, workflow, quality, and service goals.
• Leads and participates in quality, patient safety, and service improvement initiatives.
