Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or allied health fields required.
• CLS license in CA required.
• ASCP or NCA certification preferred; ASCP certification required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory.
• Develop and monitor QA programs and testing procedures.
• Lead staff, schedule work, and provide performance evaluations.
