Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related science field.
• Registered MT (ASCP) or equivalent.
• Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation and administration of the Clinical Laboratory.
• Ensure quality laboratory services across pre-analytic, analytic and post-analytic phases.
• Lead strategic planning and set departmental goals and objectives.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.
