Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline required.
• Minimum 6–8 years of lab operations experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or diagnostics environment, including at least 3–4 years directly supervising staff; experience in CLIA/GxP-regulated laboratory environments is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Lab Operations professionals accountable for day‑to‑day operations across IHC, Molecular, Flow Cytometry, Imaging, and Bioanalysis labs; personally own hands‑on operations for designated regulated labs.
• Coordinate capital equipment planning and budgeting inputs with PMBATS and TD teams; manage PO creation, tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation (Ariba/SAP).
• Coordinate instrument/asset fleet management; maintain inventory, documentation, calibration, and service contracts; liaise with CBRE or other vendors.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure CLIA/CAP and GxP inspection readiness; keep binders and records audit‑ready.
• Own EHS‑adjacent lab ops activities, safety inspections, and temperature monitoring systems; coordinate shipping as needed.
• Lead site planning and lab moves, space assessments, and facility upgrades; coordinate with Facilities & Engineering and end users.
• Manage lab/office space planning, badge access, occupancy, and workplace logistics for supported orgs.
• Serve as escalation point for facilities/vendors; coordinate issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Provide PM support for Bioanalysis LM/SM programs; maintain timelines and cross‑functional deliverables.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Lab Ops team; manage performance and career growth.
• Support workforce planning and reporting to leadership; track headcount and capacity.
• Own lab ops and compliance KPIs; report on budgets, POs, work orders, and inspection readiness.
• Own ELN integration and cross‑lab oversight for data integrity and audit readiness.
• Interface with BBRC‑Bangalore labs for cross‑site collaboration.
