Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 0–2 years of relevant scale-up experience
• MS with 2–4 years, or BS with 5–7 years of relevant process development experience
• Experience in chemical process development, scale‑up, or pilot‑plant operations
• Working knowledge of chemical processing equipment and unit operations
• Understanding of GMP requirements and process safety principles
• Ability to troubleshoot and work hands‑on with processing equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead scale-up of chemical processes from development to kilo lab and pilot‑scale manufacturing
• Serve as technical and operational lead for process scale-up campaigns
• Collaborate with chemists, engineers, analytical scientists, and cross‑functional partners
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Kilo Lab campaigns including equipment setup, material planning, safety readiness, and documentation
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges during scale‑up and manufacturing
