Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Lifecycle and Relocations Coordinator to own asset onboarding, offboarding, and lab moves at a Johnson & Johnson site. You will ensure the asset data matches the physical equipment, establish maintenance plans, and coordinate with engineers, vendors, and laboratories.

This role demands meticulous record-keeping, change management intake, and strong collaboration across teams to retire or transfer assets while keeping systems in sync and compliant with GxP standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in asset management, laboratory operations, equipment coordination, logistics or a comparable coordination role.
• Demonstrated experience owning a data record set and being accountable for its accuracy.
• Experience coordinating physical equipment moves, installations or decommissioning in a regulated or laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Own asset onboarding tasks including creating asset records, verifying details, and establishing maintenance plans.
• Coordinate asset offboarding, decommissioning, and donations or transfers with stakeholders.
• Plan and execute laboratory moves and relocations with minimal downtime for scientific work.
• Own asset change management intake, triage requests, and track progress to closure.
• Maintain data accuracy in the asset register and support audits and reporting.
• Uphold safety requirements and ensure proper decontamination and hazard status during moves.
