Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Lifecycle and Relocations Coordinator in the United States to own the instrument lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding at a Johnson & Johnson site. You will manage asset records, coordinate installations, and ensure data accuracy as assets move and change status.

You will coordinate asset onboarding, moves, decommissioning, and changes in location, working with life science engineers, vendors, and laboratory staff to align field actions with system records.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of asset management or lab coordination experience.
• Experience with CMMS and asset records.
• Ability to coordinate onboarding, moves and decommissioning of instruments.
• Strong data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of GxP and laboratory safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding of assets.
• Coordinate instrument moves, transfers and relocations.
• Maintain accurate site asset records and reconciliation.
• Escort vendors and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Coordinate change management intake and reporting.
