Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with IT systems, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a laboratory, research, or scientific environment preferred.
• Familiarity with computers, networks, connectivity, and laboratory equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with laboratory users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for laboratory IT systems, equipment, and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system issues in the lab.
• Support laboratory instruments and their connections to computers and networks.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot lab-related technology.
• Collaborate with laboratory, IT, engineering and other teams to resolve issues.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, configurations, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues and assist with root-cause analysis.
