Job summary

Pharma is seeking an IT Lab Computing Support Specialist to maintain and support GMP-regulated laboratory computing systems. The role focuses on CSV governance, Windows infrastructure, and AD administration to ensure data integrity and system reliability.

You will collaborate with QA, engineering, and lab teams, perform hardware imaging, user support, and validation activities, and contribute to compliant documentation and IQ/OQ tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting laboratory systems in GMP-regulated environments.
• CSV experience, including IQ/OQ activities.
• Strong Windows and Active Directory administration skills.
• Experience with hardware deployment, imaging, and user support.
• Excellent documentation and compliance experience in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced IT Lab Computing Support Specialist to support laboratory computing systems within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Computer System Validation (CSV), laboratory systems support, and Windows-based infrastructure.

Key Qualifications

• Experience supporting laboratory systems in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment
• Computer System Validation (CSV) experience, including IQ/OQ activities
• Strong Windows and Active Directory administration experience
• Experience with hardware deployment, imaging, troubleshooting, and user support
• Strong documentation and compliance experience within regulated environments
