Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Lab Computing Analyst to join our laboratory IT service team in Seattle. The role focuses on supporting Windows-based systems, laboratory instrumentation, desktop hardware, software, and related IT infrastructure in a regulated lab environment.

You will implement and maintain customer lab IT environments, handle benchtop computing designs, administer Windows platforms, and ensure security and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of technical experience OR
• Associate’s Degree with 3+ years of technical experience OR
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows-based lab IT environments and instrumentation.
• Administer Windows platforms and ensure reliable lab connectivity.
• Manage equipment onboarding, retirement, relocation, and lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain Windows security controls (permissions, group policies).
• Troubleshoot issues and suggest system enhancements for reliability.
