Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Laboratory Systems & Technical Support Analyst to support lab computing systems, scientific instrumentation, and enterprise data platforms in a GLP/GMP environment.

You will install, configure, test, and troubleshoot lab workstations, instrument controllers, and software, partnering with scientists and IT to ensure compliance and data integrity. The role emphasizes hands-on end-user support, documentation, and adherence to SOPs and validation

Qualifications

5+ years in IT, benchtop/desktop support preferred.
Experience documenting SOPs and procedures.
Strong attention to process, documentation and compliance.
Comfortable in a highly controlled, GMP/GxP-like environment.
Ability to work onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day lab workstation and instrument controller support.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot lab computer systems connected to instruments.
Support data workflows and data integrity in GMP/GxP environments.
Coordinate with scientists, vendors, and IT teams for deployments and issues.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, validation activities, and change controls.
Respond to incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.
Document configurations, validation activities, and system changes.
