Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Lab IT Analyst to provide deskside support for customer lab IT environments at the NJ site. You will administer Windows-based desktops, ensure connectivity, and assist with instrument-related software and peripherals.

You will collaborate with the team to manage onboarding/relocation, maintain inventory, and uphold client security policies while interfacing with vendor and client IT teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or associate degree with relevant IT exposure.
Experience supporting lab IT environments and instrument software.
Familiarity with Windows-based desktops, networks, and security.

Responsibilities

Provide deskside IT support for lab environments and instrument PCs.
Manage onboarding, relocation, and asset inventory for equipment.
Implement Windows security settings and user permissions.
Coordinate with instrument vendors and client infrastructure teams.
