Job summary

Eagle is seeking an IT Tech to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and laboratory instrument software, ensuring data integrity and compliant operations. You will troubleshoot issues, support system upgrades, and coordinate with offsite IT teams and vendors to keep labs running smoothly.

You will also manage inventory, provide end-user support in both lab and office environments, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in help desk support and user assistance
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication

Responsibilities

• Assist and maintain local in-house servers and network equipment
• Provide user support for laboratory and office tech
• Troubleshoot computers, software, printers, and peripherals
• Manage IT and electrical inventory
• Support laboratory instrument software (Scan RDI, Empower) and LIMS data flow
• Adhere to cybersecurity policies and compliance standards
• Document issues via support tickets and coordinate with offsite IT teams
• Assist IT projects beyond help desk tickets
