Job summary

Labcorp in Raritan, New Jersey, is hosting a paid 11-week Lab Intern internship. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, providing hands-on exposure to diagnostic workflows and lab operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate interest in laboratory science.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations.
• Assist with non-testing laboratory tasks, such as specimen organization, inventory, and workspace preparation.
• Participate in approved mock testing, demonstrations, and basic laboratory techniques under supervision.
• Support approved laboratory projects.
• Follow all safety and compliance standard operating procedures.
