Job summary

Genesis AEC, Inc. is a forward-thinking firm at the forefront of laboratory design and CQV, seeking a Lab Equipment Asset Manager to own Master Equipment Lists and coordinate lab equipment moves.

You will work with vendors and clients to ensure timely procurement and installation on life sciences projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in move management, familiarity with cGMP, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Biology, Engineering, or life science-related field preferred.
• Experience with move management in lab environments is required.
• Familiarity with cGMP regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Master Equipment Lists throughout the project lifecycle, updating with IT/automation and CQV needs.
• Compile facilities equipment list from P&IDs and shop drawings into Master Equipment Lists.
• Coordinate decontaminations, moves, and re-installations of equipment with precision.
• Lead lab equipment moves with customers and coordinate with vendors and moving companies.
• Coordinate equipment alarming and data logging requirements among stakeholders.
• Ensure Just-in-Time delivery aligned with project schedule.
• Manage preventative maintenance, calibration, and asset tagging activities.
• Support pre-occupancy walkdowns and final utilities readiness for installation.
