Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lab Diagnostic Sales Specialist to drive capital equipment sales in the clinical laboratory market across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role involves lead generation, financial modeling, and close collaboration with manufacturer partners to secure system sales in chemistry, immunology, histology, microbiology, hematology, and molecular diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Sales experience in laboratory industry and laboratory equipment into hospitals or reference labs is desirable.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop plans for introducing new solutions with manufacturers and Lab Product Representatives.
• Maintain a robust pipeline across the diagnostic instrumentation portfolio.
• Manage end-to-end sales process for capital equipment in clinical laboratories and close system sales.
• Provide competitive differentiation and value with in-depth technical expertise.
• Conduct pre- and post-analysis reviews to help customers achieve business goals.
• Deliver tailored presentations and conduct system demonstrations and site visits as needed.
