You will coordinate communications across telephone, fax, and computer channels to maximize patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred in medical technology or biological science.
• Minimum 2 years in a medical or customer service environment.
• Experience in courier scheduling/coordinating.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of laboratory terminology.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall functions and staff of the Outreach Area.
• Respond to client inquiries via telephone, fax, and/or computer regarding test status and submission requirements.
