You will perform Windows 11 upgrades, imaging, and deployment, troubleshoot hardware/software, and keep asset records up to date.

You will collaborate with vendors, support advanced instruments, and document procedures while using ServiceNow and Jira for tickets and projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows 11 experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Windows upgrade projects (11 upgrades, imaging, deployment).
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware and software.
• Experience maintaining IT equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows Upgrade and Asset Management initiatives.
• Perform Windows 11 upgrades, imaging, deployment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software in lab and computing environments.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment support, repairs, replacements, upgrades.
• Replace, upgrade, and maintain computing equipment and related machinery.
• Provide technical support for advanced laboratory instruments.
• Track IT assets and maintain configuration records.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Work with ServiceNow and Jira.
