Job summary

Planet Pharma in Cambridge, MA seeks an IT support professional to drive two key projects: Windows Upgrade and Asset Management. You will perform Windows 11 upgrades, machine imaging, and hardware troubleshooting, coordinating with vendors to upgrade equipment in a regulated lab environment.

Experience with ServiceNow and Jira is highly desirable; familiarity with lab instruments and documentation management is a plus. A high school diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON Windows 11 experience is mandatory.
• Experience with Windows upgrade projects and imaging.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Vendor coordination for equipment upgrades.
• Familiarity with asset tracking and documentation management.

• The resource will support two key projects: Windows Upgrade and Asset Management.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience with Windows upgrade projects, including upgrading machines, imaging computers, and Windows 11.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating with vendors, and replacing or upgrading equipment/machinery is required.
• Familiarity with advanced laboratory instruments and technical support in a complex environment is preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, asset tracking, and documentation management is highly desirable.
• Hands-on Windows 11 experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred; however, candidates from other industries with strong relevant advanced experience will also be considered.
• High School or bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
