Job summary

AdventHealth in Celebration, FL is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician to perform blood collection, specimen handling, and related lab support. You will follow safety and infection control practices while delivering quality patient service.

The role requires accurate data entry, processing specimens, and using the Transfusion Information System. This is a Day shift, full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy training preferred or certification.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and specimen handling with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens and perform phlebotomy as required.
• Process and transport patient specimens to testing departments.
• Maintain safety and infection control practices; use PPE as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and support clinical staff.
