Are you a passionate, phlebotomy-trained individual who thrives in helping others? Join our team as a Lab Assistant! You will be responsible for processing specimens, performing quality control, and promoting excellent customer service to patients and staff. Your role is vital in enhancing the patient experience and ensuring lab operations run smoothly.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Flexibility for a (4) 10-hour shifts schedule may be considered based on candidate preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality service by accurately processing lab specimens and demonstrating helpfulness and friendliness.
2. Sort, receive, and collaborate with lab departments to ensure timely testing.
3. Assist with quality control, analyze specimens, and report results as needed.
4. Track specimens, upload results to the state web portal, and manage related documentation.
5. Navigate EMR for orders, scheduling, and billing preparation.
6. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, phone services, and filing.
7. Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards.
8. Collaborate with lab and practice teams to improve patient experience and lab processes.
