Are you a passionate, phlebotomy-trained individual who thrives in helping others? Join our team as a Lab Assistant! In this role, you will process specimens, perform quality control, and support patient care through excellent customer service. You will be essential in ensuring efficient lab operations and a positive patient experience.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm (Flexibility for (4) 10-hour shifts from Tuesday to Friday may be available based on final candidate preferences.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, helpful, and accurate processing of lab specimens.
  • Receive, sort, process specimens, and collaborate with lab departments for timely testing.
  • Assist with quality control, analyze specimens, and report results as needed.
  • Track specimens, upload results to the state portal, and manage results documentation.
  • Navigate EMR for orders, scheduling, and billing preparations.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, phone support, filing, and faxing.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and improve lab processes collaboratively.
