Qualifications
- 8–10 years of direct B2B sales management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the targeted territory and sectors (Utilities, manufacturing, building services and construction).
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, strategic and analytical.
Responsibilities
- Based out of Los Angeles or nearby areas and manage a remote sales team.
- Set revenue targets and drive attainment across the Area with profitable sales.
- Monitor market trends and enforce pricing and company policies.
- Lead sales initiatives and campaigns with Marketing.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and development for the team.
- Compose monthly communications reports.
