California Bank & Trust in La Jolla is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker (Personal Banker) to deliver full-service banking and build lasting client relationships. You will open new accounts, support lending needs, and connect customers with the right internal partners to provide tailored financial solutions.

You will engage with the community through events, offer personalized service, and help deepen client relationships while maintaining accurate records and participating in daily branch

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 4+ years in a universal/personal banker or similar retail banking role.
• Experience in financial sales-oriented roles is preferred.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an exceptional, full-service banking experience focused on relationship-building, sales and personalized service.
• Opens new accounts, supports lending needs, and assists clients with financial services and solutions.
• Identifies opportunities to deepen relationships by recommending bank products based on client needs.
• May process cash transactions and support daily branch operations as needed.
