California Bank & Trust is seeking a Senior Branch Relationship Banker (Personal Banker) for the Santa Monica branch. You will deliver full-service banking, build client relationships, and provide personalized financial solutions to individuals and small businesses.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, sales, and exceptional customer service in a community-focused environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years experience as a universal banker/personal banker or similar retail banking role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Advanced knowledge of banking products, services and transactions.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and cash handling.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers a full-service banking experience with relationship-building and personalized service.
• Opens new accounts and supports consumer lending needs.
• Identifies opportunities to deepen relationships and cross-sell products.
• Handles branch operations, including cash transactions and daily tasks.
• Hosts community events to strengthen local relationships.
• May be reassigned within 30 miles as needed.
