Job summary

California Bank & Trust is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker at the Orange branch to deliver a high-touch, full-service banking experience. The role emphasizes building lasting client connections, opening new accounts, and cross-selling financial solutions within the local community.

You will support consumer lending needs, handle daily branch operations, and work Monday–Friday in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent + 1+ years in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing or related experience.
• Previous experience in a financial sales role preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking products, services and basic transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full-service banking experience with emphasis on relationship-building, sales and personalized service.
• Plan and host community outreach events to strengthen local relationships.
• Open new accounts and support consumer lending needs.
• Address client concerns directly or connect them with internal partners.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by recommending bank products and services.
• Maintain ongoing client follow-up for a consistent, high-quality experience.
• May process cash transactions and support branch operations as needed.
• Relocation to an alternate branch within ~30 miles may occur with notice.
