Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years’ experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing.
• Previous experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.
• Working knowledge of banking products and transactions.
• Proven customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills.
• Solid mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an exceptional, full-service banking experience with relationship-building, sales, and personalized service.
• Plans and hosts events and community outreach activities to strengthen local relationships.
• Opens new accounts and supports consumer lending needs.
• Addresses client concerns directly or connects clients with internal partners for additional support.
• Identifies opportunities to deepen relationships by recommending relevant bank products and services.
• Builds lasting connections by following up with clients for a high-quality experience.
• May process cash transactions, open and maintain accounts, and originate/close loans.
• Supports daily branch operations and other customer service duties as needed.
• May be reassigned to an alternate location within 30 miles as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
