Job summary

Block Tops is seeking a Design Consultant / Sales Representative to grow the Southern California market, focusing on the Los Angeles area and developing relationships with interior designers, contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners to drive new business and sales.

You will manage a field-based territory with a focus on providing design solutions and exceptional customer experiences, building a strong pipeline for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in countertops, cabinetry, interior design, construction, remodeling, flooring, or building materials preferred.
• Knowledge of the Los Angeles and Southern California market.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and build lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, professional, and results-driven.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow Block Tops Southern California territory.
• Prospect, network, and generate referrals.
• Build and maintain strong industry relationships.
• Meet with customers to understand project needs, budgets, and design preferences.
• Present countertop products and design solutions.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through closing.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and job-site visits.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and generate repeat and referral business.
• Partner with Block Tops' design, production, and installation teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
