St. John’s Community Health in Los Angeles is seeking a clinic operations manager to coordinate clinical services, staffing, and documentation. You will oversee patient flow, budgets, and staff performance, ensuring high-quality care across multiple clinics in the LA area.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and strong MS Office skills. CPR certification is also required, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred in healthcare administration or related field.
• Two years+ managerial experience in staff management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with medical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Manages clinical operations, including staffing schedules and patient flow.
• Prepares and manages all documentation and reporting (QA, evaluations, time sheets, budget variance).
• Ensures staffing and workload meet patient care needs within budget.
• Attends manager meetings and trainings; coordinates staff orientation.
• Develops staffing plans and recruits/hires staff; oversees onboarding.
• Establishes performance goals and provides coaching and feedback.
