Job summary

Experis Technology Group in Charlotte, NC seeks an Application Programmer III to run day-to-day Production Support for a technology platform used in banking operations. You will manage incident handling, deployments, governance, and performance monitoring using tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

Strong SQL and Linux skills are required to investigate issues and implement fixes. You will own escalations and help improve operational procedures, metrics, and policies while collaborating

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Production Support or related technical environment.
• 3+ years Linux environment with strong day-to-day command familiarity.
• Experience writing SQL to query data required for investigation, reporting, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with an application performance monitoring tool such as AppDynamics, Introscope, or Dynatrace.
• Experience with Splunk or another log aggregation tool; strong analytical skills to determine root cause and pinpoint technical issues during incident triage.

What's the Job?

Monitor applications and services, maintain service analytics and reporting, and support Production Governance activities.
